this is that one special board that everyone is forced to love because it has the most important stuff in it ... the rules are listed here along with the main site plot and a few other tidbits that might suit your fancy. please read everything on this board before role playing. the threads on the inside of this board are very important to us and we know you love your admins, so please read.

sometimes the staff needs to get your attention, and sometimes people tend to ignore the things that are on top of every single page they click on. but no worries! we have a board with all of the things you need to know with the updates. check in every week to see what we've posted here. for all you know, we might start doing really random blogs and shizz.

everyone should have at least one thing they need to claim. if you don't have at least one thing, something is wrong with you. this is the board were the face claims and dorm sign ups are at. you need to post in the face claim thread before you're sorted into your proper member group, so if you log on one day and you still don't have color after being accepted, you might want to check this board out and see if you did your face claim.

some sites have to have canons, others don't. for us, it doesn't matter. we have canons for the heck of it and we love the fact that the canons totally own. brooke probably wants half of them just because she's a dork, but that's not the point. these are the characters the admins would love to see on the site. but then again, all characters are welcomed with open arms.

everything on this inside of this board is bringing you one step closer to being an official member of BTC. inside there is this thing called a form that you must use for your application. make sure you fill it out properly and to the best of your ability. the more descriptive and detailed your application, the more we'll think you're a good role player.

once you're application is finished and has been reviewed and accepted, this is where it will be placed. if any of your applications need to be moved to inactive, please notify a staff member so we can keep these threads up to date.

some people have the compacity to come up with these really complicated, lustful, dramatic plots that involve like ... a dozen characters. if you're one of those plot kings or queens this might just be one of your favorite boards. here is where you can post your plot ideas and get people to join you. heck, if you have an idea that involves a lot of people, an admin might even be interested and use it as a subplot for the site. cool, huh?

every character needs certin relationships. whither it's lovers or haters, if you post a relationship board ( otherwise known as a plot tree ) here and do some scouting, you just might end up with a few of those relationships you know you've been pining for. make sure images and image URLS on this board don't stretch the page.

sometimes the only way to explain why a character is the way they are is by explaining the past events in their lives that have shaped them into what they are today. of course, sometimes these flashbacks will just be a bunch of rambling about random people, but most of the time these flashbacks have had an impact on a character, therefore making it something that has shaped them.

you know how sometimes you have flashbacks for your characters explaining things about their pasts? well this is the same thing just in the future. if you post one of these it has to be at least five years into the future. most characters have multiple futures depending on certain events, but don't let this stop you from creating one, sometimes it's fun to think of where your character might be in the future.

some students want the whole school experience, if you're one of those fools, you most likely live in one of the extremely dull dorms. they might be well-paid for and well furnished, but they're boring and often are left in a mess after the huge parties that are held during the week. it's almost like people are just asking for their school's rating to go down, but nevertheless, the dorms have a ton of rules that should be followed, so please live by them and don't blow up you dorm room.

lofts are pretty common among the artists of the school. since they're large and don't have a ton of walls limiting things, they're the perfect places for studios and other things like that. most lofts are located all over the place instead of just one area. the size and prices of all of these places varies.

apartments are small enough for a young adult going into school and big enough for a single adult to live in on their own. the locations and other things vary with each of these places.

some people attending the university feel that having a house is much better than living in a place like a dorm or a loft or anything like that. houses are usually what the older, more mature students will try to live in. houses are more work to keep clean and navigate for some, but in the long run its worth it.

all of classrooms can be found on this board. most of the time these rooms are filled with students for a chunk of the day and then not so full the rest. It depends on the professors and what they're required to do.

most schools have auditoriums, universities and colleges included. there are multiple ones in multiple buildings for different uses. the main one is located towards the center of the campus while the rest are near their designated classes.

the school grounds that surround Princeton are beyond ordinary. the plants and trees set a mood that only other ivy-league schools can compare to. the whole campus has an old charm thing going on and it's always filled with activity.

for those who don't want to go off campus for food or their cup of coffee, this is the place that most students and professors will come. no matter what time of day, this place is always busy and always will be. it's a quiet place also meant for studying.

just like every other school, princeton has a library with all the books you could ever need to study for whatever you need to read up on. text books can be checked out here as well as multiple other study resources as well as normal reading material.

cape may is a place that offers entertainment all year round. it seems to be more of a tourist place than anything, but the offer multiple activities that vary from art exhibits to theme parks. if you're one of the few students who go all out for something fun, this might be your place, even if it's filled with families that have no clue where they're going.

liberty state park is a gateway between ellis island and the statue of liberty. it's wide open spaces and other features are unique and able to you have an amazing view of new york city skyline, lady liberty, and other beautiful sites.

besides the major places, there's always malls and movie theaters to visit along with restaurants and museums and multiple other things. the possibles of this board are almost unlimited, so go all out and be creative.

sometimes when you get the chance you just need to go somewhere else. the city in which princeton is located in isn't very large, so it's not usual for the students of the school to go elsewhere in new jersey when they get the chance. philadelphia and trenton are just two of the nearby cities you can go to.
